No, we don’t assign any subcontract work to outside parties. We have a dedicated in-house team that includes architects, structural designers, interior designers, site supervisors, and the Mestri team, among others.
How Much Will It Cost to Build?
We provide a range of construction packages, including basic, standard, premium, and luxury options. The cost of building will vary depending on the number of floors and finishing materials you select.

Does the interior work exist?
Yes, we take on turnkey interior projects and have an in-house staff dedicated to interior design and implementation. We have created over 120 projects in reputable apartment buildings, including Salapuria Satva, Purvankara, Brigade, Shah, DX Max, and Independent Duplex House.
Where is your corporate office located, and what are the office hours?
We have a corporate office in Nagadevanahalli. You can book an appointment before visiting between 9 am and 8 pm. Alternatively, you can call us to discuss your initial requirements for your construction project to get a basic idea.
